RadioCafe is the ideal place for hosting your event. Our cozy venue is located in the heart of Tbilisi, on Orbeliani Square. We serve modern Georgian cuisine with a special focus on a variety of gastronomic khachapuri, our signature dish. Each month, we sell over 5,000 khachapuri, which attests to the high quality and uniqueness of our recipe. It's worth noting that we use only high-quality, genuine cheese, avoiding substitutes based on powdered milk and palm oil. We had to collaborate with 20 suppliers to find the best cheese, ensuring the highest standards in our dishes.

RadioCafe has been shortlisted among the top ten contenders for a Michelin star. Therefore, you can be confident that whatever dish you order, your taste buds will thank you for choosing such a delicious meal made from natural products. We offer several spaces for hosting your event, including a terrace, the Oriental Hall, a balcony, and a banquet hall.

Due to the popularity of our establishment, it is crucial to book a table in advance. Because of high demand, the venue is often booked several days, or sometimes even months, ahead. For your convenience, we recommend booking your spot in advance to ensure availability. The optimal time for booking is at least a week before your event, but the sooner, the better.

Here are some key points to consider:

• Exact Date and Arrival Time: Specify the exact time of arrival. Allow for a one-hour window if necessary. If you will be late, please inform us in advance so that the dishes are ready upon your arrival, as serving them too early might result in them getting cold or stale.

• Number of Guests: Indicate the total number of guests to ensure proper accommodation.

• Preferred Seating Area: If you have visited the cafe before, mention your preferred seating area. New visitors should specify any special requirements, such as outdoor seating or a smoking area (smoking is permitted only on the terrace).

Also, provide detailed information about the event, which will allow us to prepare the space according to your needs! We listen to our customers and are flexible with requirements as much as possible. Don’t forget to specify if you need additional equipment (e.g., audio system).

When choosing a venue for your event at RadioCafe, it's important to specify your preferred location, as each one is suitable for different types of events. The Oriental Hall, Balcony, Event Hall, and Terrace - each of these options has its unique features for hosting various events. Indicating your preferences will allow the organizers to better prepare and accommodate all your requests. This will also help avoid inconvenience on the day of the event and make it as memorable as possible (in a good way!) for all participants.

There are some general points to consider for all venues. For example, all venues are accessible only by stairs, which may be inconvenient for some guests. The average bill per guest starts at around 40-50 GEL, but prices can vary significantly depending on individual preferences and appetite. The menu price includes only the cost of closing the menu/venue, while additional services such as decoration and venue design, florist services, and more can be arranged through other intermediaries and companies to make your event more personalized. Additionally, our menu includes gluten-free and vegan dishes, but not halal or kosher options, so please consider this before booking and ordering dishes. Another small but important detail - if you're celebrating with a small group, pre-ordering dishes is not mandatory; we can prepare everything on-site. However, for larger groups, discussing dishes in advance, along with a prepayment, is necessary.

Oriental Hall

The Oriental Hall is decorated in an Eastern style, featuring soft chairs, stained glass, and subdued lighting. This place is perfect for those seeking seclusion. The hall accommodates about 12 guests at three separate tables. There are no windows in the hall, making it cozier and perfect for small business lunches or romantic dinners. The Oriental Hall offers solitude and a peaceful atmosphere.

Terrace

The Terrace is the only smoking area in the cafe, where guests with dogs are also allowed (inside, only small dogs weighing up to 2 kg in their own bags are allowed). The Terrace is suitable for those who prefer outdoor seating or plan to smoke during the event. It's a great option for guests who want to enjoy food and drinks outdoors without giving up their habits. The Terrace is an excellent place for outdoor relaxation with friends or family.

Event Hall

The Event Hall is located in a 19th-century wine cellar built from ancient Georgian bricks. This hall is designed for significant dates and large events. The hall can accommodate up to 40 guests at classic tables or more for a cocktail reception. It's perfect for large parties, weddings, and significant celebrations. There are no windows in the hall, but the atmosphere remains cozy and solemn. Additional services may be required for larger events. This hall is an excellent choice for important events, providing maximum comfort and impressions for guests.

Balcony

The Balcony is a bright hall adorned with classic tables, chairs, benches, and decor depicting old Tbilisi, including retro radios and books. The hall can accommodate about 26 guests. It's ideal for various casual (and not-so-casual) gatherings, such as with friends. There are no windows in this hall, but the atmosphere remains cozy and pleasant for friendly gatherings.

Before booking, please familiarize yourself with the payment terms, including the deposit amount required to guarantee the reservation. Make sure that we can provide the necessary technical equipment, such as audiovisual equipment and technical support for presentations. Ask us in advance about any additional services you are interested in.

Keep in mind that additional expenses may arise, such as for musical arrangements, design, and other related services. Plan your budget considering these potential additional costs to avoid unpleasant surprises.

In case of changes to your plans, please notify us of the cancellation in a timely manner. This will allow us to offer your spot to other guests and avoid unnecessary expenses.
